And I'm not sure many of my Republican colleagues even knew this was in the bill that they passed. So I am proposing a simple solution which is a return to the previous policy. My legislation would allow taxpayers to once again deduct 100% of their losses from their yearly taxes. We must make this fix. Nevadans take pride in our gaming industry.
