That's why the Public Safety Officers Benefits Program exists. It provides death and education benefits to the surviving family members of fallen law enforcement officers, firefighters, and other first responders. It also provides disability benefits to officers who have suffered irreparable injuries in the line of duty. It's a critical program that supports the families of those who sacrificed everything to protect our communities.
