Right now in Florida, your utility bills cannot go up for data center and you have to get a consumptive use permit for water from the water management districts. Water management districts are tasked with protecting the aquifer, water releases, floodplain management, etc. That's what our water management divisions do. We have five of them in the state of Florida. Okay. You cannot build a hyperscaler if you don't meet those two criteria. The new designs on water are significantly more efficient than the first iterations that are in West Virginia, Northern Virginia and other states where they were just sucking water non stop.
