When it comes to insurance, like I said out there, the governor and the legislature did some very important tort reforms around property insurance and auto insurance that are beginning that are stabilizing rates in property and casualty and auto insurance rates. Those rates [property and casualty and auto insurance] are coming down. We want to continue to follow up on that work and then reexamine the state's entire insurance regulatory framework so we can find ways to bring new carriers into the state, continue to allow for more competition, which will further push insurance rates down.
