Senator Rick Scott and Representative August Pfluger have a bill to reform the Affordable Care Act. space, actually decrease health insurance premiums for people here in Florida and also all through the country where you wouldn't have to go and borrow money from America's future, from America's kids to pay for health insurance premiums today.
