I think we have to streamline governmental operations so that you're decreasing the cost of what it takes to actually build the home. National association of Home Builders came out with a study about a month ago. Now, they said that About 30 or 35% of building a new home in the United States is government permitting, planning, government time. In Florida, it's probably about two years to put a shovel in the ground and build a single family home. My question for you is, are those two years free? (42:34–42:45)
