But if you do anything else that's interesting, that's innovative, that's growth, developing, it's going to be enforcement through it's regulation. Through enforcement, it would come aggressively after companies. And what that did is twofold. It stifled the area of innovation, where we wanted capital to be deployed. It encouraged other areas which may or may not have unique value. And then it further pushed things offshore.
