And what that did is twofold. It stifled the area of innovation, where we wanted capital to be deployed. It encouraged other areas which may or may not have unique value. And then It further pushed things offshore. It's on the regulatory side, President Trump, and hopefully we get these through the Senate, we have a great opportunity.
