And so wanted to give you the chance to talk about where you see that fitting in, certainly with the 26 bill and beyond. We have geostrategic geopolitical reasons to keep places from becoming failed and from having instability, metastasized from radicalization, and also to give countries an opportunity to get on their own two feet.
