That means that we have to use a process called budget reconciliation to, to fund the Department of Homeland Security, which requires just 51 votes in the Senate in order to pass, which Normally it takes 60 votes to get things through there. We took the first step in that process by passing a budget resolution which will tee up Congress's ability to fully fund ICE and Border Patrol for the next three years.
