The EAA reservoir is one of my favorite projects. This is something that I wrote the federal law to say. We have to do something called the EAA Reservoir. We have to put it into this big planning process for everything that we do to restore the waterways and the ecosystem of Florida. we have to put it in there, and we have to get it at this place in the timeline.
