… often most summers and then they dump those literal toxic algal blooms already established, already formed into our coastal estuaries. We don't want any of that to take place. And Having the EAA reservoir completed means that that water goes to the reservoir again to be clean, stored, conveyed south where it belongs instead of going into our backyard.
