We've got two new nuclear reactors, the first in the United states in over 30 years. So we're producing a lot of clean power right now. We have the ability to supply power for whatever demands were coming, whether it's large manufacturers, data centers or whatever. Not every state in the country can do that. We have great logistics. When you think about one of the fastest and best run ports in the country in Savannah, in Brunswick, the Atlanta Airport grand, great rail networks with multiple rail vendors. (16:15–16:24)
