We have a great business environment. We're either, you know, giving money back to people or cutting or cutting taxes or both, like we're doing in Georgia. And then you look at States like California, I think New Jersey, Maryland, New York and others, they are proposing raising taxes on their people because they have budget deficits. Well, the reason is because they were so dependent on Covid era funding and that now that that funding is getting cut off, they're not, you know, in fiscal enough shape to be able to deal with that.
