I think there's two things to think about when it comes to jobs. The first is that they're quite varied, not only during the construction phase, but even in the operational phase of a data center. We employ a lot of electricians and a lot of pipe fitters... It is skilled labor that people can pursue either in a community college. in a community college and so part of what we do is partner with community colleges, but also organized labor.
