So we applied for and got grant money from national organizations who shared this interest in getting these kits tested that provided us grant money. And we did something that has not been really done before. We did this on a statewide level. Cities like the city of Detroit took it on as a city level. We did it as a whole state of Wisconsin. So we got the grant money. The grant money required certain things in the process, including we had to first get an inventory, find out how many kits are out there. (02:50–02:58)
