If the justice system's going to be credible and it's going to do the right things for people, people have to respect that it's objective, that it's working hard, that there's integrity. I want to restore that. We can't have justices out on the campaign trail promising the end result on cases. That's wrong. No litigant should come to court knowing they lost their case already, just based on the face sitting up on the bench up there. (18:58–19:04)
