What would be your top two priorities for use of that surplus funding? Middle class tax reform. I think the best place to start with that would be property tax relief. I've had legislation introduced this last legislative session to increase the homestead tax credit so middle class working families would have to would pay less on their property taxes. (02:48–02:54)
