One of the things that I was proud to do with queer New Yorkers when I was in the City Council was get started an effort that actually Shahana Hanif, Councilmember Hanif, brought across the finish line to pass legislation to say that We added to the New York City human rights law a protection against discrimination based on height or weight or body type. So in employment or housing, you can't be discriminated against. And, you know, in what we're looking to help everybody do is feel and be proud and comfortable in their bodies, whoever they are.
