And that means moving toward a right to cooling. We have a right to heating in the city so people don't freeze. But as we modernize and build new buildings, There's going to have to be a right to cooling as well if we're going to protect people from deadly heat waves. That's a responsibility of New York City. And I'm going to end with what is kind of my favorite but most fun thing in this plan, because there's a lot in this plan that's serious. (12:28–12:34)
