And, and so we'll develop that new insurance program to give homeowners an incentive to climate proof their homes. And we'll also offer an incentive to people to gather water during rainfall. You know that 500 to 2,000 gallons of water can fall on an average New York City backyard during a period of heavy rain. And if we just create a little financial incentive for rain barrels and water capture, people can shift to capturing that water, using that to be what they water their, their gardens with, and we can keep making our city more resilient.
