In order to hold our schools and all of us, the mayor, the chancellor, our superintendents, our principals and our teachers accountable and support them, we'll launch a new framework to measure and manage what matters. And that's what's called The Framework for Great Public Schools is built on research from the University of Chicago's School Research Consortium called the Five Essentials.
