There are cities that have taken a one size fits all model and are looking not even necessarily just where you upzone. You know, In San Francisco, in San Diego, in Boston, in Montgomery County, Maryland, in all of those places, anywhere in the jurisdiction that you build, if you build above, again, they pick a unit, 10 or 20 units, you must make 7.5%, 10%, 12%, 15% of the units affordable. Sometimes they offer you different income bands. Sometimes they tell you here's where they've got to be. Sometimes they give you a density bonus or some tax breaks, and sometimes they don't.
