“Even in those places where we are growing good jobs, in tech, in the green economy, in the creative sector, in modern manufacturing, too few of our young people have opportunities to get them. So I'll strengthen career connected education and training programs by launching FutureWorks NYC, a program to coordinate the city's now fragmented workforce systems.
