In the midst of a cost of living crisis, School voucher program would worsen income inequality by wasting taxpayer money on subsidizing private schools for wealthy families. It diverts money that could have gone to public schools and it will reduce the public pressure on funding schools because the public pressure will now go on not increasing funding for public schools, but increasing the amount of the vouchers.
