Last year, President Trump and the Congressional Republicans passed their big ugly bill, which includes the nation's first private, federal, private school voucher program to be paid for with taxpayer dollars. This taxpayer credit, as Congresswoman Moore mentioned, is a 100% tax credit up to $1,700. So contributions up to that level have a net cost. This is a radical effort that could cost. (07:01–07:14)
