Count your blessings. She would say that over and over again. So today, I seek to do so here on the floor of the United States Senate. I have served in three statewide public offices for 28 consecutive years, first as Auditor General, then as State Treasurer, and for the last 18 years as United States Senator. years as United States Senator.
