We're now working on a bill to put in place strategies to make sure that we're more competitive against countries around the world in an economic sense, especially China, because China has a big advantage. They've got a Communist party that runs their country and that pretty hard to deal with when they can subsidize companies and kind of create an unlevel playing field for our workers and our companies. So we need a strategy to deal with that. The challenge that China has posed and that so called competitiveness legislation which is still being worked on, but I think it will be fairly significant, that will be bipartisan. (58:56–59:11)
