So we've got to be thinking long term about where do you want a county like Beaver county to be and where do you want those children that you made reference to? Where do you want them to be over those years? A lot of what we have to do is as we're investing in better sources of clean energy, which I think is going to happen, it's happening. The marketplace is driving us there anyway. But the jobs plan can incentivize it even faster. But with that comes a lot of job creation. (30:02–30:13)
