In my first term, I was in the minority as a freshman and was able to still pass legislation regarding the Great Salt Lake. It's called the Salem Lakes Ecosystems Act. And what it does is it engages the U.S. geological Survey to be able to start monitoring and evaluating it. And you can see a throughput from getting the federal government in a way that they can actually get involved to now that there's an actual funding request. (16:08–16:16)
