“Look, I mean the courts were doing this down in North Carolina over the last decade already we've had a number of court cases that have reshuffled states around the country. You know, In Michigan, we have not really seen [court reshuffling] partially because we too had a citizens initiative that put in a presumably non-partisan redistricting commission. What I think was stunning is that California then throughout their nonpartisan redistricting commission to take a very partisan stance.
