You know, in Michigan we have not really seen that partially because we too had a citizens initiative that put in a presumably non partisan redistricting commission. What I think was stunning is that California then throughout their nonpartisan redistricting commission to take a very partisan stance. There's no doubt that states have the ability to go and do this. In my view of the reading of the Constitution where it says states will determine how those, those divisions within the assignment of the number of members of Congress will go. (07:13–07:21)
