Voters, young voters, voters in border communities, voters who are the targets of voter suppression and voter intimidation to begin with. I mean, look, I'll say this to, to the choir, but for those who don't otherwise know, The Rio Grande Valley and my hometown of El Paso have very low voter turnout rates. In some elections, it's below 50%. Nationally, the average is over 70%. In Texas, the average is over 60%.
