Trey, we ran this program in 2024. Out of the nearly 30,000 young people that we personally met on campuses just like UTRGV Edinburgh and UTRGV Brownsville, their turnout rate was over 79%. That same demographic, 18 to 29 year olds in the rest of Texas who are not in our program, turned out at a rate of 37 to 39%. So we more than doubled the likelihood that a young person would vote by helping them to get registered, staying in touch with them on a personal basis, and then prodding and nudging and encouraging them to vote until they cast that ballot. (40:44–40:54)
