And when we look at countries like Germany that are dependent now on Russian fuel, Russian oil, it should never have been like that. So I think it's way too little, way too late. The permitting process has been very difficult and very expensive. And there's no. There's no guarantees that, you know, the investment that they put in those oil, those oil wells right now that they'll ever be able to see any kind of money to even pay back the investment that they put in.
