I see us increasing money in our debt, but I don't see people's health care costs going down. I don't see access being improved, and I don't see quality being improved. In fact, what I've talked to in our district from health care providers is the exact opposite. We had a health care roundtable not that long ago, and one of the doctors there was very frustrated.
