I ended up titling it. I believe this is how Democrats win in Wisconsin at the presidential level. They did not win in Wisconsin. What went wrong? So Kamala Harris lost Wisconsin by less than a percentage point. It was the fifth of the last seven presidential races that came down to less than 1 percentage point. (02:04–02:10)
