Not only is the Democratic Party of Wisconsin not choosing the next candidate in Wisconsin's case, and I, and I say this for, for a reason that I'll get to. It's in the state party's constitution that it is neutral in primaries. Now, that's different state to state, but Wisconsin, my state, is both a place with a deep progressive tradition.
