There has been a tremendous amount of discussion with a lot of people in the room from a lot of committees about how we protect America from additional attacks and respect our Constitution and the Fourth Amendment rights that our citizens have. We went a long way with Reza. I think this bill moves it further in the right direction. We will have another chance to reassess three years from now if this bill passes. (22:08–22:15)
