And if you do break the law for personal justification or personal giant, you can go to jail. And that is the way that it should be. And they should go to jail, each and every one of them. There has been a tremendous amount of discussion with a lot of people in the room from a lot of committees about how we protect America from additional attacks and respect our Constitution and the Fourth Amendment rights that our citizens have. We went a long way with Reza. I think this bill moves it further in the right direction. We will have another chance to reassess three years from now if this bill passes. (21:48–22:09)
