The other thing that has concerned me, and this hasn't yet occurred in Maine, as far as we know, is that we've recently learned that ICE has been operating under an internal memo from last May that essentially allows ICE agents to enter a home without a warrant. It's the first time, in my experience, a memo is held to overcome the United States Constitution. The Fourth Amendment of the United States Constitution is very clear that the people shall be secure in their papers and houses. (11:43–11:56)
