People are pushed to very extreme circumstances. A lot of time. Poverty and trauma are involved. And it's been really good to hear some judges talk about preventative programs or diversion programs. If we actually want to decrease mass incarceration or decrease our carceral system, that doesn't always mean locking people up on their worst days, especially if they, they may have a mental health crisis. And you know, even if people are having a mental health crisis, there's been lots of conversations over the years of, should law enforcement be the ones to actually respond to some of those things?
