This is a stain when we find those, those people who are manipulating the system for further trafficking. A stain on the incredible work everyone in this room is doing to protect survivors. My subcommittee will continue its oversight and exploration into legislative solutions for this issue [human trafficking]. I encourage you to continue to use your voices, your brave, courageous voices that you'll speak up for survivors against these atrocities and speak up against those who use the system to enrich and benefit themselves.
