Our goal is to start in two counties with Robertson being the smallest county in the state and its nearest childcare nearly an hour away. And from those two counties we wanted to grow to more. Today we're taking that step forward with Franklin county right here in Frankfort and Glasgow Independent schools in Barron County. The children with me today are from both of those communities and they'll be some of the very first Kentuckians getting a strong start through pre K for all programs. (05:49–05:58)
