Team Kentucky listened and we're delivering a phased, responsible path toward every child having access to pre K. In May, I signed an order launching the Team Kentucky Pre K pilot programs in Robertson and Rock Castle counties. Our goal is to start in two counties with Robertson being the smallest county in the state and its nearest childcare nearly an hour away. And from those two counties we wanted to grow to more. Today we're taking that step forward with Franklin county right here in Frankfort and Glasgow Independent schools in Barron County. (05:36–05:45)
