The 14 million we had given 11.4 to VHCB. 2.8 million of that was for specific housing project for adults with disabilities, Chittenden County. So we took that out and There was an 8.6 million appropriation for BHCB for general affordable housing and a shelter. We took that out because of the governor's objection. There was an objection that the governor had about how we constructed the money that might flow into next fiscal year. The House had language that was more aligned with the Governor and the conference committee. (10:06–10:16)
