That did happen yesterday on April 1. This bill extends cold weather till July 1. But we didn't need the appropriation so we took the appropriation out. It also eliminates the $1.6 million appropriation that we had in there for towns that had flood damage. Both a few towns in Addison county that didn't get paid from the 23 funds floods and the I can't remember what the number of how many towns it was. (09:07–09:15)
