Right. Zoning laws, regulations, all of these are traditional politician talking points. What we really could do though is turn that lever with investors. We have hundreds of thousands of homes right here in Wisconsin that are investor owned. You know, BlackRock, you know, you know, Wall street, there's been talk about this.
