What we really could do though is turn that lever with investors. We have hundreds of thousands of homes right here in Wisconsin that are investor owned. You know, BlackRock, you know, Wall Street, there's been talk about this. They can come into communities, buy up homes and then raise the prices. And the people there have to either hit those prices or, or they're forced out. And I think that's wrong. So honestly, I think there's a lot we can do with those by just tweaking those laws.
