All right, Starting off with, I see this daily in my life already with people who are maybe substance abusers or have had that incident happen. I will say this right now. My personal belief is that Some of the people in our prisons, we can have a pathway for them to leave our prisons. But when they leave, they need to be able to get the help they need. Me and my wife, we have our own history, and everybody has a history. (05:00–05:05)
